Please read our return policy below if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase

It is reminded that minor defect might be happen on this handicraft puzzle frame because polishing and sanding procedure by workers’ hands. This product is not suitable for the perfectionist.

Returns
We accept returns on unopened product (whole package including cardboard envelopes) that are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a full refund (less the original cost of shipping), the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@arti.studio and let us know the reason for your return. The packing slip showing the order number must be included in the return along with the product. The product should be shipped back to us at:

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and we recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in shipping. 

Once your return has reached our warehouse it will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 business days to confirm receipt. If the product is found to be in its original condition and in its original packaging, a full refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued to your original form of payment.

Exchanges (puzzle)
If you would like to receive an exchange for a different puzzle instead of refund, please let us know via email and we will happily exchange the puzzle for you. Please follow the same instructions as listed above for shipping the original puzzle to us. Once we have received and inspected the return, you replacement puzzle will be shipped out. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost of the replacement item 

Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your product will arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If the product you received is damaged, please email us at info@arit.studio within 5 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the puzzle and once we have received it in our warehouse, we will ship a replacement product at no additional charge. Please note that we only offer exchanges on damaged items, not refunds

Exceptions
*All sales items are on sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*In order for a product to be deemed as damaged in shipping, significant damage must be observed, minor defects do not warrant an exchange.
